Fortis Technologies was established in 2005 to provide novel products and add value to the HPLC column market.  Fortis Technologies was founded by Ken Butchart and Mark Woodruff, both have worked extensively within the silica manufacturing and HPLC industry for many years.

Ken Butchart previously worked as the Development Manager for a major silica manufacturer, and has been responsible for multiple product innovations and launches. Mark Woodruff spent many years as the Technical Manager  for a major silica manufacturer before becoming Global Product Manager.
